It has been a long time since I have posted anything, and I felt that it was time to address that hiatus. During my hiatus, I took some time to think about the purpose of my website, and what message I was trying to communicate. I think that message should be strictly tied to the things that I enjoy in life.
So one thing for sure, I haven’t posted anything in a long time. During my time away I have been watching a ton of tutorials, and trying to learn my tools better so I could use them more effectively. Nonetheless, a friend has been encouraging me to start posting more frequently, so here is an image that is a current work in progress.
So I haven’t posted anything in awhile due to the time I have spent busy at work, dealing with my house flooding, spending time learning more about anatomy, and trying to figure out how to use Corel Painter and Photoshop effectively. This is a picture of a black angel that my brother asked me to draw awhile ago, let’s see if he likes it. If he does, I will get into the coloring processing. I used an image out of my Anatomy for the Artist book to try to get anatomy correct, everything else came from my mind.
