Hello, my name is Corey.

I was born in Akron, Ohio but know I live in Houston Texas.

After graduating high school I attended The Ohio State University where I obtained a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in the spring of 2003. We had a wonderful speech that I will never forget by the man that played my favorite superhero in 4 movies. For those that have no idea who I am talking about, I am referring to the late great Christopher Reeve. Having Superman speak at my graduation was a wonderful end to my time at The Ohio State University. After graduation I moved to Houston, Texas where I work as an engineer at NASA.

As for hobbies I really love to read comics, watch movies, play video games, and draw. Unfortunately, once I started working I noticed I didn’t really have the time to dedicate to my various hobbies. The one hobby I was able to keep up on was reading comics.

In November 2008, I attended the Wizard World Texas comic book convention with some friends from work. After seeing the work and talking to various artists like Frank Cho, and Mitch Breitweiser I couldn’t wait to pick up a pencil and draw again.

This website is part of me trying to truly commit to my hobbies, and continue to draw and improve in my work. I also plan to talk about comics in my blog since I read so many so feel free to come back any time and see my thoughts on comics, and check out my work.
